Driver and software updates aren't available for adapters that are in-box only. You might be able to add an adapter with in-box support to a team using multivendor teaming (MVT). Feb 02, 2017 Power off your Intel Network / Ethernet device. Disconnect the device from your computer. Reconnect the device and power it on. Double click the driver download to extract it. If a language option is given, select your language. Follow the directions on the installation program screen. Feb 20, 2014 the Vista drivers appear to work with this chipset also under Windows 7 or Event Windows 8, with one restriction: You cannot connect to a hotspot created by another Windows 7 or Windows 8 Computer (hosted network, Internet Connection sharing).
